INGREDIENTS
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop One Minute Quaker Oats
1/2 medium banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter*
1 Tbsp unsweetened baker’s cocoa powder
ice cubes (optional)
*You can substitute powdered peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a blender (adding optional 2-3 ice cubes at the end). If you use chocolate protein powder, you don’t need to add cocoa powder.
